對於這次能夠加入無添加餐飲食品發展協會的成立,備感榮幸與欣慰,因長期在餐飲及教育界服務,深刻了解到飲食對於人體健康與安全影響甚鉅,無奈因低價的飲食文化與不良的飲食環境,導致全民身處於不安全的消費環境,因此無添加協會的成立著實讓人投以一股希望與熱情,期盼能與此領域的專家與先進共創一個良好的環境與機制,無論是在製造端或是消費端都能形成一個改善或改關的情況,進而達到飲食安全的文化,位消費者健康把關的目標,共勉之。

It is my honor to be a part of this association. Having been a part and have much experience with food, I deeply understand the importance of diet on one's health. The establishment of this association gives this society in which there is a lack of awareness in this aspect, a new hope and something to strive for.
