I am honored and gratified to be able to join the Anti Additive Association this time. Because I have been serving in the catering and education circles for a long time, I deeply understand that the diet has a huge impact on human health and safety, but I am helpless because of the low-cost food culture and the poor eating environment has caused the whole people to be in an unsafe consumption environment.

Therefore, the establishment of the Anti Additive Association makes people invest hope and enthusiasm. We look forward to co-creating a good environment and mechanism with experts in this field, which can form an improvement or reform on both the manufacturing side and the consumer side. Circumstances, and then achieve the food safety culture, the goal of checking the health of consumers, and encourage each other.
