Although the association itself is a non-profit social organization, as early as the establishment of the AA temporary headquarters in the Netherlands, these enthusiastic public welfare and successful international catering workers adhered to the concept of "getting society and using society" The consensus of the public interest plan has been generated, and it is hoped that the association can fulfill its social responsibilities and contribute to the society of all countries.

Therefore, after the establishment of the Republic of China Non-Additive Catering and Food Development Association, the association started from its most familiar food and beverage industry, and formulated a "enterprise nutritional lunch plan for remote schools in Taiwan".

According to the latest information from the Ministry of Education, there are as many as 888 national primary schools in remote areas of Taiwan. Many of these schools are unable to pay nutritional lunch due to their cold families. Even if they can afford it, these so-called "nutrition" nutritional lunches also contain a large amount of artificial additives, which will cause a certain degree of burden and harm to the body of developing school children.

In order to solve this problem, the Non-Additive Catering and Food Development Association of the Republic of China has actively called on companies to adopt and subsidize elementary schools that lack resources and do n’t provide nutritious lunches, so that elementary school children in developing countries can make up for the needs after half a day Nutrients and energy, continue to continue the knowledge feast in the afternoon. In order to allow school children to eat with peace of mind and healthy eating, the Association has made more use of its own resources, and invited nutritionists, physicians and other professionals in the consultant group to supervise and propose suggestions for nutritious lunches, and to gradually reduce the amount of artificial additives in meals. The amount used, while taking into account the balanced nutrition of the dishes.

Matchmaking process steps

1

Screen and select schools in remote areas based on public information.

2

Identify the resources required by the school and their related needs.

3

Look for private companies interested in social welfare.

4

Establish a resource exchange platform to match the supply and demand of both parties.

Goals

1. Assist in stabilizing the supply of nutritious meals in schools.
2. Help to improve school guards’ meals and exclude additives from ingredients and seasoning.
3. Promote the concept of additives-free ingredients and create a healthy eating environment through the additives-free movement of school meals.

Before the plan was officially launched, dozens of companies had participated and received good response. Many cold students are happily living on a nutritious lunch a day; mentors also generally report that the learning results in the afternoon have improved and students no longer have classes on an empty stomach; parents are even more grateful for the selfless sponsorship of the company to solve the children's problems. The question of lunch is also a better understanding of the concept of no addition.
