The EU Food Safety Forum 2025 will be held on 2–3 December in Rome, bringing together European policymakers, scientists, industry leaders, and youth innovators to shape the future of safe and sustainable food systems. The event focuses on emerging risks, regulatory collaboration, and research priorities, providing a platform to co-create the next Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for food safety in Europe.
